Hey, the music in Unbending Regulations is from Metal Combat: Falcon's Revenge against Viscount! Even more awesome that it's IMO the best theme from that game.
Anyway, the game seems to be fairly hard, "fairly" in that a death is usually purely the mistake of the player....Except the end of Unbending Regulations with the almost unnoticeable Lakitu. It seems fun, and the maker shows that a good amount of care was taken to make the level design good. (Except the Rainbow Koopa Shell abuse).
