Are those inflatable mats? If so how well do they work? it seems like it would be unstale to stand on, like in the picture of the coach in a giant-spotting setup on uneven bars.

I always look forward to your videos. I have learned alot from watching them. However, this one was very disappointing. Maybe I missed something. Was there suppose to be sound or something with it that I just didn't get?
