~Long read~
So this is my teacher Leon Kuijpers, one of the, if not the best, Hammond organ players of Holland. He was also the pioneer of finishing Conservatorium studies with jazz music in Holland.
He's still very active with music today; he played the piano pieces for the music albums which was inspired by the book The Da Vinci Code from Sony BMG.

Naturally I'm very proud to be one of his students. Many may think that by seeing this, it's only natural that I'm relatively good at jazz for my age but I rather say that he has been a tremendous inspiration and great help. I'm the kind of person that belives that talent only gets you so far: 75% of what one achieves in music (instrumental especially) is your own hard work.

I filmed this with my phone (Nokia N95 @ 3mega pixels) in memorial of my first encounter with an authentic, real Hammond B3 made in 1962 (one year after Leon was born apparently). This kind of explains why some tones are slightly distorted, the screen can be wobbly (that's the screen stabalizer which is passively active) and the poor recording of low tones. But it's still very decent considering I did it with a phone, eh! Btw I notice there may be a very very slight sync problem when he goes arpeggio crazy but you shouldn't notice it. I may try uploading again at an other time.

Needless to say I was astounded each time he played a tune with her. Leon is well known for his mastery of chops and shredding like no tomrrow as I see him each week on a (digital piano) but he totally tears notes out with a Hammond!

By now either you're amused or tired of me boasting about my teacher but then you've probably heard what he does so I can safely back it up :)
During many lessons I thought to myself "Gosh, I should just quit playing keys." To me, his playing is overwhelming.

  • This is sped up! The side-to-side motion that a normal camera-holding human being makes is Never as fast as this video suggests. Rewatch it, you will find the camera movement unnatural.

  • @StringandMembrane Camera phones from 5 years ago have a bad time tracking fast movement; any bad camera would even.

I'm a muscian, not a camera man. My foot taps, body moves when I hear good music. Unfortunately I'm not a tripod.

Not sure if serious or trolling, but try again.
