@dudefromtherock i was born and bred next to the water and grew up on the warf but in all my life i have never heard of a drum machine. Perhapes its from the other side of the island. Who knows?

The song is sung by The Uncle Harry's Bar Band from Woody Point, Newfoundland.
I believe Wayne Parsons and Charlie Payne were two f the members of the band. I don't recall the names of the other members. I have a cassette copy of the album somewhere but haven't listened to it for several years. The band is no longer performing but ZI believe the individual members still perform.
