I too live near Yellowstone, everyone at equal latitude from Yellowstone should flee north, perhaps even into Canada. The ash cloud will blanket most of the US during the first 7 days, spreading eastward. After that ash settles, it is the GASSES from the eruption that go all the way up into the stratosphere, that remain for years and circle the globe, that block out sunlight...

@Epickitkat2009 It doesn't matter if you live in englund, You would suffer even more, Cause The ash cloud from yellowstone could cover the sun's rays, making darkness fall upon the earth for days, or weeks, you dont think thats bad, well, we need the sun in order to survive. You would suffer even more then us in the United states. I live in Idaho so i would probably die withen minutes.

If it does explode I have faith that America can handle it. Remember Katrina?
-
it depend how this volcano will erupt, if it erupts in one giant explosion then we are pretty much screwed or it could erupt in series of vents
-
@R3ble123 Move to Bulgaria. We are safe because we won't be effected much.

@Epickitkat2009 i live in england too, doesn't mean we escape anything and typically the eruption will make our weather appalling, it will screw up the gulf stream and surfer dioxide released by the eruptions will plunge northern Europe into an ice age, so its actually unlucky that we live in england :/
So does it means tropical areas are best place to stay? In My country Philippines we had temperatures of 38-40 degree Celsius during summer if it plunges by 10 degree our crops can still grow. Even on Monsoon and cold season in the last quarter.. Our average day time temperatures was still hovering around 20-30 degrees. Of course some exceptional cases (which happens rarely perhaps just only twice last year if I can remember) during night.. where it drops to 15-20 degrees...

@Anubayan7 I would actually assume that places adjusted to warmer climate would be effected the most. It won't effect area's like Canada and Alaska as bad, because the wildlife and environment are already adjusted to the cold! My opinion...
