The 1999 to 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Quadra Drive is even better, in this example the Subaru would fail just like the other vehicles if if the rollers present on the back wheels and the traction plate on one of the front wheels. The reason why the Jeep would do better is because it has a limited slip differential in the FRONT and REAR and in the MIDDLE, so it only needs one wheel with traction. Saying that, the Subaru AWD system is still pretty damn good!

@OolongTeaHouse Dont forget the Cherokee is a 40 000$ and more SUV. He is in a other category! Jeep have a big background is 4x4 system. The jeep quadra drive is very effective on out track!!!!

@josephboot1 Mitshubishi s awd can't transfert 100% of the power on one wheel. And Subaru AWD exist since 45 years!

We just bought two new Subaru Foresters and we had no idea how fantastic the all wheel drive was especially in comparison to all other vehicles on the market...keep up the good work Subaru!
