This Hercules In Particular was my first Mixer Controller, it's for the middle level dj's.it's really nice and easy to use, now i just order the dj console 4 rmx,

You have 2 output for headphones. One on the front and on the top. There are cue buttons on each channel to determine which channel goes to your monitors and a knob to level the balance between speakers and headphones. Pre-listening works very well.

Can anyone comment on the headphone/cue options on this? Are they good for pre-listening to the tracks etc?
