The reason the U.S. has this is because of the thousands of training ranges that had been used in the past and then were closed. Literally, thousands of live ranges and testing/research sites were set up during WWI and especially WWII and were since closed.
The cleanup process is long and tedious and is still ongoing.

This vid is from the US, I have never seen it before my guess is this is for the children of army personnel that would live on bases in countries that may have UXO like Korea or perhaps bases with ranges that might have UXO in them.

sorry, i am not that good in distingluich between americans and british. so it this from GB or the US?
if its the US, way do they have video's like this, are it really a problem over there, no war on US soil for sanctuary help dont it?
