& cuz he failed he run away(from Cobol) with Arthur, but caught by Satio (in helicopter) to do job for him then (Inception)!! & he went to Mombassa to get Eammes & Yousf, to join his team to do INCEPTION for Satio!!

To answer your question-the hardest thing about limbo is to realize you are in limbo, because you are so deep in the dream that it becomes your reality (Mal thought that their limbo was real life). Cobb first performed inception on Mal to plant the idea that killing yourself was the only way out of the dream, but then it stuck with her when she woke up. She thought she was still dreaming and killed herself because she thought that the actual reality WAS limbo afterwards.
