Give the man some credit. What other rapper would cite, let alone know, goodie mob? Probably only TI. He's got good roots and a sound that's new. And he was probably too high to remember the date when atliens came out.

I don't see how he's that similar to 3000 though. He raps kinda similarly to Andre 3000 after outkast's peak. I think he's better than 3000 in that style. Definitely not the same or better than the early outkast albums though.

Correction ; "ATLiens" is the song he is referring to as in (throw yo hands in the ayer and wave em like you just dont cayerr) and that didn't come out in 92, that was 96. Just thought id throw that out there lol. That statement alone may define how influenced he really is by Outkast. Maybe its only a portion...think about it
