  • um, what about pullups, the number one exercise for lats?

  • reps means how many times you would lift the weight. about 12-15 times. sets is how many times you do that. as in 3 times. example he may be saying 12-15 reps, 3 sets. so you lift 15 times, 3 times. taking breaks in between. hope that helps.

  • i find the rows, my outter shoulder gets the brunt of this excersise....?

  • yeh put always leaning to the left helps

  • good video

  • you should search for more variety of movement , the 1 and the 2 work basically in the same way

  • whata can i replace with the v bar pull down? I dont have that in my gym :(

  • Let's sat you do push ups. If you do 12 push-ups, that is 12 reps, and 1 set done.

Then do one more, and you have done 2 sets with 12 repetitions.

  • How can I build lats doing something like the 1st exercise without a machine? Looks like the same movement as a pullup, but with hands closer together is all.

  • yea cuz when ever i do pull downs or even rows it seems like my right side burns more than the left im right handed .....even with push ups or anything seems my right side does all the work

  • I probably dont know as much about working out as you but wouldnt it be better to do back and biceps on the same day? I mean if you work out your back and get it tired then your biceps do all the work after that instead of both.
