    reps means how many times you would lift the weight. about 12-15 times. sets is how many times you do that. as in 3 times. example he may be saying 12-15 reps, 3 sets. so you lift 15 times, 3 times. taking breaks in between. hope that helps.

    Let's sat you do push ups. If you do 12 push-ups, that is 12 reps, and 1 set done.

    Then do one more, and you have done 2 sets with 12 repetitions.

    yea cuz when ever i do pull downs or even rows it seems like my right side burns more than the left im right handed .....even with push ups or anything seems my right side does all the work

    pull ups are the best for big lats, even if u cant raise your body weight focus on the negatives

    When I work my back I do like 6-8 exercises 3 sets with each exercise, is there anything wrong with this as I see that people on here only do about 3-4 exercises max!
