There is some really great photography in here, and the movie is lackluster because of a few technical and aesthetic points;
The compression has killed all of the detail and so makes this difficult to watch.
The music, is overwhelming and is too slow and downbeat for such subject matter.
The effects are actually counter productive to telling the story as they are taking that away from the viewer. If the effects were kept to a minimum, this would help drive the piece at certain key points.

some of the best street photographs i have seen, love how you use different subjects, and angles that make pics look like studio photos, mostly i like your photographs because you know how to design the different subjects in your photo, thus resulting in a fantastic compositon. i tell others that don't just snap something, first design how you want your image, and then compose it. But i also like the instantaneous shots that capture human emotions.
