Rose's Dresses (Titanic) - Rose's Theme

this is a video of picture slides i picked that i thought would best show the design & detail of each of Rose's dresses in the movie Titanic. The song is "Rose's Theme" from the Titanic soundtrack & it was conducted by James Horner.


Fashion in the early 1900s was changing rapidly. A first class woman would be constantly purchasing new fashions on a regular basis. It was not unlikely for a society girl to change her clothes 2-4 times a day. Rose was traveling to America after shopping with her mother in England, so she had, in her possession, some of the latest styles of 1912.
