i'm pretty sure thats not a suki cancel, the HK wasn't canceled he dashed in lpat the end of its animation. the standing jab has good reach and speed so he didnt have to dash all the way up just close enough to jab before opponent recovered from stun. Also there's nothing to suki cancel off of. No way there's an off screen frozen ruby or Mags they dont have an assist freeze

Every single part of what you said is wrong.
SJGC (Suki) is used.
Ruby Heart's Fantome is frozen underneath the screen for about 20 minutes. It stays there, even if she dies or switches.
Cyclops' guaranteed guard frames and fast normals allow him to do many normals > SJGC > follow up with dash. If his guaranteed guard frames were large, he wouldn't have time to dash in and follow up.
When the character guards, they switch sides.
Zangief is used to keep Colossus from moving away.
