@whatamiwhoami When I mean less symptoms. I mean I can walk, run, function normally, no numbness, jaw pain. Kness STILL grind. Spirochetes melt down cartilage. The Kupffer cells in liver consume the spirochete, liver must be right. The Interferon gamma is lowered with fish oils and anti-inflammation. Nuts, hemp, animal fats, eggs contain Arachidonic acid that raies IFN-gamma, contaiened in high amounts in liver and Kupffer cells. Fats all have antimicrobial properties that can enter meninges.

@whatamiwhoami On the fattiest diet (fatty pork belly, beef/lamb fats) eggs cooked in goose fat or (if you want to follow the bible that says no to all this fat) a diet high in some saturated fat from Shea butter and lots of olive oil, with green vegetables, mushroom and salad (cucumber and all greens, i.e. romaine lettuce, cress, spinach, but raddish is OK, but not tomato (fruit). Plan is to kill the spirochetes with fats that lifts NKT cells. Don't overdo fish oil. The EPA = Low NK cells!

My bones creak. I have tried alsorts of diets, and found only one that backs of the symptoms. It seems to be a very low carb, high green vegetable diet, no fruit, no dairy (although butter/cream don't seem to encourage it). Olive oil, animal fats help and seem to act as an antibiotic, like it use to in the 1930-140s to get rid of TB. Fats can be in body for 24 hours and for months, years, they have antimicrobial properties. Cholesterol also raises NKT cells. Fats stimulate bile & detox(vital)

I have been infected since July 08' I have had NO antibiotics. I realised I was infected in July 13th. I spent day after day trying to find out why my knees grind, hands, arms, legs go numb, teeth grind, jaw aches and why I cried and felt I was MORE than breaking down, I felt like my body was being consumed! I kept having to go to bed, I could not walk properly! I use to swim for hours, I had lost 13 stone in weight and I was happy and my family was proud of me.

Thank you for putting this into verse. It's so true. Keep writing the fight.
Is it the spirochete that are moving around in my skin or what? I am 16 months infected via ticks.

@Catherine8raw
the spirochetes are the little bacteria that are shaped in a spiral which get into such mischief and reprogram your body mechanisms.. I have had my LD since mid 90's at least and some days are better some worse ... I just found out my heart is not compromised via their bacteria, as the EKG is supposed to be indicative of that.
have you been treated for the Lyme or not, early treatment reduces the issues that I am now faced with.
