Thank you for this information. I am planning on trying this. I really don't like the idea of taking "natural supplements", that usually have a lot of added stuff in them. I have researched on the type's of hot water bottles. I hear a lot of talk about the attachments/hose being cheaply made hence the breaking and or leaking.
