  • everybody knows both women were hanging out with Julian days after the "rape", he continued sleeping in their beds as they invited him over. Everybody has seen how Anna Ardin tried to delete the tweeters she sent after the rape where she invited Julian to a party and yet the bastards of the Media continue to defame Assange. These women should have been jailed by now for the next 10 years for false accusations. But all this is a huge crooked fallacy, governments want him busted no matter how

  • What can u expect from CBS with its "all seeing eye" logo?

And I can bet this interview has been modified, don't show all that Assange has to say.

It's the "enemy" who is interviewing him :P

  • I don't agree with your assessment of what Americans think of Assange.I am an American and I think Assange is a HERO!

We need transparency!! And honesty from our goverment.

  • I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be depended upon to meet any national crisis. The great point is to bring them the real facts.

If we could first know where we are, and whither we are tending, we could then better judge what to do, and how to do it. - Abraham Lincoln

  • now THAT is what i call objective journalism

    /sarcasm

  • Assange is smart but he is also very moody and imotional. His mood swings can cause dangerous happenings to happen if not controlled.

  • @Lorenian You are exactly right, it was modified. The full unedited interview is on Wikileaks as well as a transcript

  • Good thing Assange has his head on his shoulders. He answered some tuff questions well.

  • This journalist, has no right to represent what America thinks of Julian. Everyone I know in America thinks he should be getting the nobel prize. Journalism in America is reduced to public relations personnel, they take what government wants citizens to believe, and they publish it or air it. If you want to get to the truth, you can not find it in mainstream media in USA. Thank you Julian for standing up for the truth. This is what some Americans think of Julian, a hero.

  • I like this intelligent, logical thinking, brilliant mind. He is a hero and a real treasure in this chaotic, truthless, world - a beacon of sanity and fair justice in the darkness of evil.

  • @emotionalinvalid You are a typical antiAmerican moron. Your rant is irrelevant. This great nation will continue to do what is necessary and peons like you will go on complaining. I guess thats the way it is supposed to be. So keep on living in your ignorance. Someone has to play the fool. And assange will be killed eventually.
