All ten DFL gubernatorial candidates spoke at a forum to delegates of the AFSCME Council 5 Convention in Duluth, MN on October 9, 2009. The candidates responded to the following set of questions about state revenue: Minnesota's next governor will face a budget deficit of up to $7 billion for the next biennium. In this second of three segments, Matt Entenza, Tom Rukavina, John Marty and Paul Thissen speak to this issue.
