  • honestly and only my opinion i hate this video. a torque wrench? thats a big nono for me aswell, be more realistic faster job does better for the business and for you self. double the costumer. i do this for my job and i have to admit when you finish your one tire i did 4 tires already.. i do put on nuts and take them off with a impact gun. but do it at a certain point.

your to slow and no not worth it i wouldnt go to ur place. wish i can show you how its done in our place. and yes WE BOOM nGTA

  • @Pinoyyyyy Again, this is a demonstrative based video. I'm showing people how to do things the proper way, not the fast way. Impact wrenches are very useful, but not exact. REAL technicians who work on higher end stuff understand this concept. That's why I'm not a tire shop guy, i build subaru EJ20 & EJ25 race blocks.

  • I watched your video with my son today. He is learning to do this in his auto class. He is also hearing impaired. I thought you did a great job in your video showing each step on how to change and balance a tire in a safe manner. It's easier for him to see how it's done rather than learning out of a textbook. I like the fact that you torqued the lug nuts with a torque wrench. So many shops use an impact gun to put the wheels back on. Thank you for a wonderful learning video! Great job!

  • @stricni comments like these are the EXACT reason why I create these how-to videos for my viewers. You guys literally make my day with all the positive feed back. I hope everyone can take with the a good sense of knowledge after watching these videos. I really appreciate the comments & I hope you've SUBSCRIBED to my channel for further viewing.

  • this man would be murdered for using a torque gun on my car. thats a no no

  • @sec480my You do completely understand that this is how EVERY SINGLE TECHNICIAN in the world removes your lug nuts right? There is no other way to do so in a SAFE manner. The constant pressure used by a hand held wrench would apply so much pressure to normal lugs that you could easily sheer them off. The reason Impact Guns are used is because they impact the bolt off in a manner that does not damage the threads.

  • @Pbinder1981 the pedals have picture on them like the shovel and things...

  • i have a 005 deviation on a bent rim ... not a problem though !

  • Man you guys are slow I could get that shit done in less than 10 mins lol

  • What pedals are pushing? that woudl help alot to say exactly what yoru doing. I am stupid need help lol

  • Thanks very much! You saved me over 300$ I was able to buy my own tires and mount and balance them with the morale machines at my base.

Although this was a very instructive video ( and by no means do I mean to be disrespectful) but the audio in this video is very poor. I haven't watched any other videos from you yet but since you helped me out, I hope this critiquing will assist you.

Thanks sooo much and well done.

  • Can someone explain how the torque thing works? isn't it the same as using the gun?

  • these light duty tire techs have it so easy... i used to work for Ryder and i worked on heavy duty tires... 18 wheelers, trailers etc... and we had no machines to brake the bead or rip the tire from the rim or put it back on , i had to do it manually with a gold bar, tire bar, lube n sledge... and there is no lifting the tires like these guys are cause they weigh about 200+ pounds... i would have loved to use machines to work with, the impact we used was a 2 hander and weight about 50 pounds...
