Duck Hunting in Kansas. A Strong north wind brings new ducks into the area looking for a place to rest. With an Overcast sky and a setup that is out of the wind it looks to be a good day.

  • do you ever let them work into your decoys?

    wwwksduckscom

  • @wwwksduckscom Yeah? they were all shots within 30 yards? I would call that working the decoys. It is hard to get large flocks backpedaling in the decs sometimes plus the camera is not very good making it look like they are further than they actually are

  • sky busters

  • @BEAVERTRAPPER46 yeah shooting birds at 30 yards is definitely sky busting. Ill make sure to get them within 5 yards before I let any of my hunting partners shoot next time

  • I bet you are right on that camera angle thing. You can never really get the proper distance ratio. When I say working the dekes, I am talking about that classic pose- cupped wings and feet up. Nothing wrong with the way you did it, you got a nice pile of ducks. I was just asking the question, its all good.

  • goooooooddd nnniiiggggttt !!!! ya'll been watchin too much duck commander

  • Awesome man....good video! I absolutely love the kill shots.
