Part 2 - Okay guys, real talk for real people! Ive been suppressing this issue for too long. But before I shared this with you I wanted to get my feet wet first. As you can tell Im very passionate about this. Please note that if you are currently dieting and its working for you then go for it. This video is in no way telling you what to do or suggesting that your way to a healthy life style is wrong! Im just expressing my feelings based on my own personal experience.

  • Great Video-wasn't long enough-u rite about exercise 2 death because u messed up, we can't -that fat is already in our system-now before I eat , I say/ is it worth it-nothing like a big juicy sub,with mayo running down your face n the roll is soggy. Realtruth, changed my mind set-ask yourself /is that food worth all the work u have to do/impossible-to work off. My brain say Dutches !u r going to b mad at yourself, when the scale says gained

  • LOL - wasn't long enough?? You must haven't seen the first part of my rant yet then. Realtruth definitely has a point! But for me my body was demanding to be fed. I guess after years of deprivation it was time. So now I feed it what it wants but in really small portions, better yet I take that back, better yet I feed it how much it needs.

  • I have been doing intuitive eating since October 2009 and I love the concept. I have not lost a whole lot of weight but I feel really good. I love this video because I know exactly what you are talking about. Intuitive eating changed my life. I can't explain it as well as you have. I started a blog in the beginning and I think I sound really crazy on it but intuitive eating changed my life. Check out my rambling.

  • I loved your video! I too got caught up recently on "looking good" and then lost focus on eating healthy. I've been working on IE for about 6 months now but your video reminded me of why i love it. Thanks for inspiring me to read the book again!
