No, oceanstarbunny, I am a stupid idealistic. It seems unfair to me that the Christian man who married me for a green care, tricked me into signing the I-130 immigration sponsorship form and abandoned me while I was penniless and pregnant with his daughter has a greater chance of going to heaven than those pets that blessed me with their short lifetimes of love and loyalty.

Please forgive me. I'm just a stupid idealist.

I had my dog Pinky for almost 10 years. On the day she died, I was out with a neighbor buying software to fix her computer. When I came back home, Pinky was jumping and crying because she had to go to bathroom. We ran to the elevator. When the door closed, Pinky went into convulsions and then laid still. When I called her, she tried to lift her head, but she died. After she died, she went to the bathroom. She was trying to be a good girl and not go in the house.

People are so arrogant. There are wicked people who believe they are going to heaven, while believing that there is no afterlife for a loyal pet. In exchange for food, water and love, they give us laughter, companionship, loyalty and love. They love us even if we've stayed out of the house too long. They put up with our stupid tricks without question.

If the worst of people believe in an afterlife, why shouldn't there be one for pets? They deserve it a hell of a lot more than humans.
