Demo from SIGGRAPH 2009 of Adobe Premiere running on a 12-core AMD Istanbul processor and an ATI FirePro V7750 with the Stream encoding plug-in. Take away: Process an MPEG or H.264 to BlueRay in 1/4 of the time it would normally take. In other words if you have a 4 hour render, you can do that now in about an hour.

  • @Dune1884 look at when the vid was made dumb fucks

  • ah that looks nic..... oh vista. nvm

  • @4styler Windows Vista

  • hwo much is that card costing

  • I wonder if the standard version of Premier will support DirectCompute or CUDA under Windows 7. As prosumers, we can not afford the production version, nor the over night or over weekend rendering time (with filters). It is therefore THE deciding factor over whether we will switch from Sony Vegas when we get our Red Scarlet.

  • what OS is that running?
