Such a stupid video. Fries keep stable just because they become dehydrated when cooked. Anyway bacterial decomposition has nothing to do with our metabolism. A third company makes fries. McDonald's only fries them.

@cguadarr01 This was meant to show how they contain so much preservatives that they don't decompose which is not normal. The restaurant fries decomposed unlike the McDonalds so I don't know what you mean by the fries keep stable.
