I also own a H-22, It is a beautiful guitar. Sadly, there is a crack in the neck at the headstock where it broke many years before i got it from my father. It is also missing one of the original bridge pins (which i think are ivory?). It still works with the break, but i have to use nylon strings :/ still a beautiful guitar to play and to listen to. I think that it has a natural finish instead of a sunburst finish. The tuners are not original sadly. nice to see an original!

Jag har en nästan likadan, fast det är en sådan variant som är ombygd till halv-auckustisk.
Finns det något värde på sådana här instrument?
Serienr: 60504.

Nice clear sound mate. I will be in Sweden during the month of August 2010. I like to acquire a Swedish made electric Hagstrom the real deal. How can I recognize the real one from the made in Asia.? I wonder if I am dreaming I figured paying about 4500 Kronas.

Very nice guitar looks like a straight forward enough guitar doesn't have too much design or fancy stuff just looks like a normal looking guitar. The top body reminds me of gibson guitars. I think the J series.
Jäkligt skönt sound Johan

Another great sounding Swedish guitar. Where did Sweden lose its way with these things? I have a 1965 Hagstrom H45 (I think - like Gibson J45), It's a great guitar. Great action but buzzes a bit on a couple of strings/frets. Needs set-up again. But still a favourite of mine. Doesn't sound as good as this, though that could easily be the player!

Thanks!
I do believe that some of the top-of-the-line instruments made over here are REALLY nice, even compared to some the best Gibsons and Martins.. And you can get these at 1/10th of the price, haha!! :)
The H-45 was built by Bjarton(for Hagstrom), it's somewhat more common than this model I have here called "Sammy" or Hagstrom H-22..
I like this one too, bluesman Guy Davis plays this model as well.
