I love your enthusiasm. This is one of my favourite pieces by Haydn and I've listened to many different versions of the Te Deum.
Are you directing the choir as well as the musicians? I think you'd do well to either split them up or practice more with the choir. They are very sloppy in their singing and pronunciation. They need to listen more carefully to eachother and every part needs someone who is a steady singer.
But I do love watching your enthusiastic directing! Never lose your love for it!

but great conducting, i think the tempo is perfect.
