  • hi, im using my wifes account but how tight of a radius can you get with this particular roller as i am thinking about purchasing it as an all around bender. i need some pretty tight bends for a roll cage im building and it will be built using 2" .120" DOM tubing will this bender handle it?

  • I would not use this to bend 2" .120 wall DOM. It would take you all day for one tight radius bend. This bender makes a great accessory bender, for items like dash boards, following the radius of your fenders, or following roof lines, not for tight radiuses when bending 1.75" or larger tubing.

  • How do you have your portable bandsaw stored? I need something to keep mine off the floor and in easy reach. Is it in one of those portaband stands?

  • I sell a couple different versions of vertical Portaband stands that fit both the Milwaukee and Dewalt deep throat Portabands

  • Yes, the HF tubing roller can be used on for any application as long as you have the correct die for your application. I have bent .1.75" 120 wall DOM, all be it slowly.

Google HF tubing roller review under pirate4x4 and see the review I did on this machine.

  • Yes it will roll DOM. If you plan on bending 1.75" .120 wall DOM then be prepared to bring your man card and hit the gym.

  • I bought one of those roller machines it is missing all the parts that keeps the rollers on it is also missing the 3 shafts for the rollers. I have the machine, the large black handle and 9 rollers thats all I have. Do you have the demensions for the other parts I need? I have a lathe I can make my own parts if I knew the demensions. My email is gary_350@hotmail.com After watching your video I thing this roller machine needs a motor. LOL.

  • 10 min. my ass tried 1 1/2 .109 wall and broke the bearings in the roller wheels.

  • Couldn't you make an adapter for this that would work with an electric drill?

  • port side capt ..looks like capt, Ahab

  • I would use a 1/2 used garage door motor mounted under the manual wheel and use a toggle peddle, make it electric wit all those tools

  • would it be possible to replace the wheel with an impact wrench hex head? Less work?

  • we have one of these rollers for a SAE project and when we roll our tubing it doesn't remain flat, it begins to twist and distort. Did you run into this problem? Also if so how did you go about fixing it?

  • well, i have all day as long as it can acomplish the task i dont care how long it takes, i may downgrade to 1.75 and gusset the snot out of it, im building an exo-cage on my K5-custom. its going to be my all terrain field service truck. you may be getting an order out of me for 1.75 dies and a shaft and im already cooking up a plan for putting power to the roller with a reversable foot pedal. if it works i will post a vid of it and post pics on pirate
