@IgnoredComment hey dont hate on the western way, besides you just wasted half the pineapple on looks. what it looks like matters a little bit, but in the end its the taste that matters even more and we grow the best pineapples!

@jonahhervs22 totally agree, but i am anal about efficiency so instead of cutting at alternating angles i'd cut the whole thing first at one angle then switch to the other angle, the illusion is that the first half of the time it looks like you're not getting rid of anything, then the 2nd half it's like magic stuff starts coming off.
