This is simply a video chronicle of what lower-income, or unemployed Americans have to go through to secure assistance to keep whatever shelter they may have, or to avoid falling back into being homeless and back on the streets, and it is worse so for those who have no apparent mental illness issues, or substance abuse, drug addiction burdens weighing upon them who only want to get back to work, in ther "In-Demand" skill sets, but are delayed from being helped to do so by layers of processes, paperwork, appointments, and more paperwork and processes.
