Lyrics by Line A
Original music by Mr. Hewitt
3rd World Inatainment

Tavon
Yeah, here we go again, Barclay Boys man Im Feelin' this
Depending on the situation I might take a risk
So confused about what happened back in '97
May heart, my mentor, my brother took a trip to heaven
Against the odds in this world, Im a soldier man
Hope and pray to see the day when Im a older man
Tryna bring light to a world full of sin
Losing ain't a option in my life I gotta win

Juanyae Belton
Barclay Boys '08 Jingolango Juanyae
I show up to work with Mr. Tatum everyday
I take what I learn and I use it in my school
I know that Im smart so dont me as a fool
12 years got, responsibilities
And if I cant handle it then I get on my knees
Ready for life and sky is the limit
This song so serious I heard Mr. Hewitt sing it

Mr. Hewitt (Chorus)
Ooh child, things are gonna get easier
Ooh child, things are gonna get easier
Now you smile, cause things are workin' out in your life
Ooh child, shorty you can be what you like

Shaquille Kittrel (PART I)
Back again, what it is
Barclay Boys thats how I live
Hit that bass, hit that tone
Rapping this, off the dome
Get that cake, every week
See my world, take a peek
Might see snakes, might see rats
Bite the cheese, dont do that
Might see boys, they might snap
Might see dice, rolling craps
This right here, just for fun
Gotta go, now Im done

Reggie McIver
They call me lil Reg, yeah Im 14
Im wit the Barclay Boys man, we like a team
We goin' to the top, we cant be stopped
Ain't no getting out cause the gates already locked
NOW BACK TO ME MAN, 1ST I DIDNT UNDERSTAND
Yeah Im coming back and I got a better plan
Before this here started I thought it was all over
Body so cold and my mind so sober
Ima end it right here, I show no fear
And if you want it come and get it man Im right here

Tyrone Mackey
They call me Tyrone, thats my name
I represent the Barclay Boys team
Im from Barclay, 22nd Guilford
I roll wit line a now repeat what you heard
I like to play the drum til my hands get numb
I hit that bass with a smile on my face
I play basketball; Im not a ball-hog
Im on defense and I guard it like a dog, Im gone!

Larry Rhone
Barclay Boys back then we was all together
Lost a couple members but I think we changed the weather
Youngest of the line and I stand in the back
This aint Civil Rights so tell Rosa Where I sat
Lil Larry and you know Barclays where its at
I keep it coming, keep it coming, keep it coming back
Yall might not know but BB yeah we like a pack
Im too serious and I mean that for a fact
Barclay Boys, Lil Larry know yall hearda dat

Shaquille Kittrel (PART II)
Back again, Barclay Boys and Im wit line A
They call me young Quille better listen what I say
I hope yall listening, and I hope I got your ears
I rapped last time but this a New Year
Start it off at 9 O Clock, everyday
Then we finish our prayers with seven Harambes!
We might scrub steps or we might scrub tires
Or we might play drums then say hooooold fire!
We went camping this year and I got a lot of secrets
And I aint telling nothing, to myself Im gonna keep it
This is the summer and it aint no more school
I got an African name and its Kiambu
Barclay Boys line a is who I belong to

Ronald Brown
December 4th, just another school day
Got out around 2:30, got on the MTA
Sitting on the bus, I was chilling with my crew
We was talking, we was joking, we was laughing, nothing new
Then around 33rd Street a lady got on
She saw us laughing and she took it real wrong
Next thing I knew we were caught up in a fight
Off to Baby Bookings, 9 people spent the night
5 months on the box, rockin ankle socks
Every other day in court like Im selling rocks
Most of my charges dropped, they were hoping not
Thank the Lord for the freedom I got!
