Ian Emes battles The Beard

The Beard is Emes' last animated short before launching into live-action. Following the high end technique of 'The Oriental Nightfish' it took an 'anti-technique' approach, drawing directly onto paper without a storyboard, inventing each scene intuitively in a stream of consciousness.
