This is a blurry video of a guy and his buddy doing pullovers, but the buddy in the back is getting as much of a work-out as the guy doing the pullovers.
You see this a lot. It's like the guys think that a spotter is an assistant...helping for each and every rep.

  • Tell me about it! The music is always bad...sometimes they even play "fashionista"...ugh!

  • these are the same guys from the rear delt video.

    It's really like I said, the guys here are real poseurs, they have to have the muscle-shirt, the belt, wraps, gloves, and I've even seen a guy use the straps to wrap around the DB before curls!! they were only 25s or 30s or something too.

    the dude doing deadlifts with rowing machine is halarius!

  • real man works without gloves until their palms harden with blisters... i hate seeing posers with the gloves on and just sits around taking up spaces at the gym...

  • it's creepy, what are you doing in the gym? working out or just going around filming a whole bunch of guys in short?

  • @kunz82414 Those are fine moves to do, people often hang from bar to do stretching and leg movements. Humping the air is done to engage the glutes. Google 'glute bridge'. Ignorant hatred man.

  • Spotters should really only be doing this on eccentric workouts, maybe this was what it was intended to be? I'd rather only see that done after a set of heavy concentric movements though.

  • why there is no any monster benching 500 or deadlift 700 ?
