they actually modeled hypoxia? and the means to achieve it? this sim is incredible. but hmm, lack of pilot body in cockpit. kind of an oversight.

gotta turn off "main air supply" too if you want the effect to start earlier and faster. at about 25k feet you should start getting it if you turn oxygen and main air supply off.
basically your cockpit will be depressurized and with no oxygen in the mask... yea
