How to find Shiny Smeargle on Pokemon Emerald (720p HD)

This is a guide to find Smeargle on Pokemon Emerald.

You can only get Smeargle at The Battle Frontier.
You must battle with Sudowoodo before you can get Smeargle:

To get Smeargle Shiny you need to use cheats, like:
Gameshark, Action Replay or CodeBreaker

The chance of finding a shiny Pokemon without cheats are 1 / 8192.

@roboronald10 continuing from where i left off, she'll ask if u want to do a double batle, say yes and enter any 2 random pokemon u have, and it'll say do u want to save, click yes, then when the game says to press A to save, SOFT RESSET RIGHT THERE (press A,B, START SELECT buttons)now when u start the game, you will have the pokemon in your party, now check the box in PC, u will have the same exact pokemon there, u have just cloned them :)

@roboronald10 yes i do, u must go to the battle tower in battle frontier, have the pokemon u want to clone in your party (if u want to clone items, make sure they are holding it) now go to the pc box thing on the right side, empty the pokemon u want to clone into an empty box, then save the game, and then withdraw them again. now go to the VERY FIRST women, the one right in front of the entrance, talk to her and she should say (sorry, ran out of space, i'll make another comment)
