The restoration of two Civil War era flags once used by the C.O. Loomis Post, No. 2 of the G.A.R. (Grand Army of the Republic). The flags and other Civil War artifacts have been housed in the Quincy Public Library since 1929.

The restoration and preservation of the original National Colors of the 122nd New York. In all, eleven flags housed at the Onondaga County Courthouse were sent out for preservation. Click on image for larger view.
