Voices That Care was the song written by David Foster, Linda Thompson and Peter Cetera in 1991 to support the U.S. troops in the Desert Storm operation. Warren Wiebe was the vocalist chosen by David Foster to record the demo, which ultimately ended up being included in the four-track CD release. Warren was also featured in the video documentary, as shown here.

  • R.I.P. Warren. What a great voice that departed this earth too soon.

  • Warren, from San Diego, was one of the best singers on the planet. He played the local clubs for years, esp in the band Emergency exit, as the bassist, with Ed Cook on Guitar and Tom Hankla on Drums, Mike Thompson on Keys.

  • WTF the guy at the end didnt like Warren singing because he is Fat??

  • he must have never gotten famous simply because of the way he looked. it's a crime he didn't get his own albums.

  • His voice even sounds a little like Stevie Wonder.
