  • I think this is one of THE best workout routines I've seen you guys have! Keep up the great videos!

  • Thanks for the link to the article - I actually LOVE Ashlee simpson haha and really liked the heads up. I had not seen it yet!

  • I'm not sure I understand what he means by "pelvis forward." Can someone elaborate please? I know what a pelvis is, lol. I just don't understand how to put it forward...

  • you know when you lie on your back knees bent, feet on the floor and you lift your hips up (aka hip lifts or bridge), think of how your stomach or pelvis feels and try to mimic that feel while standing up. I guess just suck in your navel to you spine type feeling.

  • I AM A DANCER - how the fuck is he a ballet dancer or teacher! DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS VIDEO!!! look at how he let her put her feet, shes going to get get knee problems straight away! pop ups?! do not - "clench in the back"! ballet dancers do not squeeze their bums, we work our turn out muslces just under our bums and in our hips, and omg he balances on his baby toes! and does not put his heels down when jumping - this is a must or you will get shin splints!

  • argh i hate it when people assume male ballet dancers are ALL gay. Let me put it this way lol:

A boy in a room full of girls half dressed in revealing leotards (ballet)

A boy tackling other boys and perhaps having his head in places the sun dnt shine (rugby)

    which one is really gay!?

  • I tried this and found out that I have the balance of a dog in a car omg.

  • @OLYMPIAisSPEAKING Ofc your not gay just because you do ballet, but in this case Tyler IS gay.

  • what a load of bollock. i dont wana dance i wana exercise

  • angelaskathryn89 is right...the girl cannot stand with her feet like that...stand where it is comfortable...i've been dancing for 10 years...even i can't stand with my feet like that yet...your hips have to be strong enough to turn out from that...not to mention her feet are flat...they need to be lifted in the arches...in the video she is rolling over her ankles...ouchiiieee

  • @OLYMPIAisSPEAKING Turkish oil wrestling...my lawd thank the Turks for such a beautiful sport!

  • Holla! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin lost a ton of weight with it.

  • @Soccer7SG Don't let your butt stick out. Keep your back and butt straight. =]

  • @Soccer7SG i think he said "you have amazing turnout" ;)

  • @PrincessRuba you are correct, but i think you are misreading olympias example. he/she is just saying that there is more of a heterosexual connection in ballet than that as seen in rugby or any male dominated sport.
