Die Kategorie „King of the Mountain und Queen of the Mountain führte über 10.000 Hm und ca. 200 km.
Die Teilnehmer der Kategorie „Prince of the Mountain und „Princess of the Mountain durften die Hilfe der Bergbahnen in Anspruch nehmen und kürzten so die Distanz um 5.000 Hm ab, fuhren aber auf derselben Strecke wie die Teilnehmer in den Kategorien „King und „Queen of the Mountain.
The King of the Mountain and Queen of the Mountain category ran over 10,000 vertical metres and a distance of about 200 km.
Participants in the Prince of the Mountain and Princess of the Mountain could make use of the mountain railways, thereby reducing the distance by 5,000 vertical metres, but covering the same route as participants in the King and Queen of the Mountain categories.
