Well, a friend gave me a bunch of CDs and this album was the first one I listened to. I liked it so much I decided to put the songs here for others to listen to (since its not so well known).

Why is the song called "The End Is Begun" if they say "The End Has Begun"?

To be honest, I don't know either. That's just what the song title was on the album. The lyrics also say "is" and not "has" and I just changed it to match the song.

The reason nobody knows about them is that their name is terrible! You can't find them when you google '3.' I think it's more an issue of marketing than talent. That said, I saw them a few years ago opening for DT on the prog nation tour, I was hooked after that.

Just saw them the other night at Clutch Cargos in Pontiac, MI, with Cynic. Pretty awesome. Just as good live as they are in studio, if not a little better.

@buckeyeshredder Yeah, I remember one of my friends showing me one of their songs a year ago and I just remembered them today. I spent an hour trying to look for songs by them and having trouble and then realizing their name is to be spelled as "3" instead of "Three". It becomes a pain to search.

@buckeyeshredder Well the band has actually considered changing the name a few times but have always stuck with 3. This is because of Joey Eppard's personal fascination with the number 3. It is a reference to the construct of our reality as having predominantly 3 aspects. For example, we live in a 3 dimensional universe on the 3rd planet from the sun, experiencing time as past, present and future in a form that consists of mind, body and spirit.
