Continental Circus [Amstrad CPC] - Beeping Reviews

The Hindleyak bandwagon rolls through town once more! More racing capers this time round, and an inability to read the instruction manual. Bear with me on that...

This is one of the better Amstrad racing games and most likely deserves a proper review so who knows? I may do a scripted version of this if I manage to beat all the tracks.

Still don't like the up to accelerate thing. Results in my joystick taking some fearful hammer trying to steer and accelerate with essentially the same button. Good game though.

You can speed boost at the start... this game won a mastergame back in the day.

Maybe that's why I used to be rubbish at this game... I never bothered to read the manual to learn this stuff.

Tell you one thing, this game REALLY reminds me of "Burnin' Rubber" on the Amstrad. Even the track is the same!

Fuck manuals mate! I never had any instructions with pirate tapes but still managed to work it out!

This game is truly classic, as a port of the unforgetable arcade game.

You can also re-configure the controls using either the GX4000 gamepad or the Master System gamepad, this allows you to accelerate and brake using the two available buttons. But back in the day everyone pretty much always used a keyboard. Funny review though.
