  • That's such bullshit. A lot of people in this country support marijuana prohibition (not me). If you talk to the people who support marijuana prohibition it's not for capitalist reasons. It's this puritan anti-vice culture that's really keeping it illegal. Many people think society would fall apart if drugs were legal or that their kids would be at risk. They also have some messed up sympathy that placing a marijuana user in prison is better for the individual than letting them indulge.

  • i don't think you understand a free stater if your calling free staters right wingers.

  • Ghandi did it with unity and passive resistance.

  • how can we defend ourselves against an armed oppressive force that has a delusion of moral superiority?

  • Dude, for the last three posts, you've been putting words in my mouth, like this bullshit hitman scenario. Why should I argue with you over things I've never said?

    Enjoy your strawmen.

  • @p00lman

Yes, I'm the one who's confused. I guess if I hire a hit man to kill somebody, I'm not the one who using violence, according to you, since I'm only paying for and supporting the act of violence rather than physically committing the act of violence.

I'm getting annoyed at this conversation. You bring nothing to the table. You don't even understand your own position.

  • First you talk about my "right to use violence against you," and now it's my "support of using violence against you."

Which is it, bunky? You really seem quite confused.

  • @p00lman

good question. Why do you support using violence against me?

  • Why would I use violence against you?

  • I don't make the laws, and you don't get to decide which to obey and which not to obey.

If you really think some are wrong, go into politics and try to get them changed. Until you do, prepare for the consequences of breaking them.
