The Sims Superstar Official Trailer

Sims can now become superstars, such as supermodels, actors or singers. These jobs are unique to the Sim games in that the player controls the sim at "work".

Sims must raise their Charisma, Body and Creativity levels high enough to gain the attention of the paparazzi.
Superstar includes representations of a number of real-life celebrities that include: Avril Lavigne, Andy Warhol, Christina Aguilera, Sarah McLachlan, Jon Bon Jovi and Marilyn Monroe. They will periodically appear in the Studio Town lots.

Upon reaching a certain level of stardom, Sims may have an "obsessed fan," who stalks them, and eventually leaves black roses on their property.

A new environment, Studio Town.

Superstar offers a range of new objects, including mud baths, massage rooms, indoor deep sea diving simulators, sushi bar, and trophy cases.

A new High Fashion clothing category.

Four new channels are available with the purchase of a satellite dish: Sports, News, Entertainment and Animals.

I remember when I was about 9 or 10, and I came home and my mum presented me this expansion pack, I was so happy. I installed it, and when this music played during the game load, I danced around the room and jumped up and down lol those were the good days.

This was, for me, the HARDEST of the sims expansions packs. It was so hard to keep the audience and directors happy D:<

Plus if i didn't keep a good eye on my sim, she would go fan-attack celebrities...

@RatsAreCuddly they are now remaking this for the sims 3! the sims 3 showtime! you can be a singer, magician, performer and a dj. you can also own a store like in open for business

I was so sad when they didn't remake this for Sims 2... Superstar and Makin Magic were the best and most fun EPs EVER.

@cheezonator i know i miss the first sims 2 everyone theese days are sims 2 fans, sims 3 fans, where are all the sims fans?! i am one. if i had to choose one sims game to keep it would be the sims :)

i own sims 2 night life - sims 2 bon voyage - university - pets - seasons - OFB - freetime - sims 2 the original - apartament life

and stuff packs i have family stuff - ikea - h&m - mansion and gardening - glamour life - teen stuff

i wanna own all and i wonder what more sims 2 are there ? thanks

I remember 2 things about this expansion. All the damn bugs and glitches when it first came out, and Marilyn Monroe :3

@JefferyNkc Ok i know this comment is 1 month old and probably you already found the way but i dont give a shit i still want to help. Ok you have to enter the move_objects on cheat, then save the game (so you dont lose all your progress) and then delete your sim. It will apper again once you click on his\her face icon, it will appear somewhere in the lot with the needs full.
