@alleyghost hmm I think you are getting the two games confused, there are several fighting games that take alot of influance from Hokuto.

@narutofan3010 this game is run at several US tournies, there are a few US cabinates floating around that were never publically released but were sold to tournament promoters... however on those cabs it says "fist of the north star" instead of teh hokuto no ken kanji... teh biggest differeance in game is that Souther is spelled Souther in the US cab while the Japanese one has it as Thouther.

I wish this game would come out in the United States. 2D fighting games are the best.

Lots of Japan-only games do that. Even Japan-only fighters have lots of engrish text in them.
