  • You must be robbing a crap load of houses

  • It would be cool if someone can actually make plates look real and change the numbers digitally when going say through a red light and the camera get's the image but is like "WHAT??" That's to a Bentley and this is Lexus ISF. Can't generate ticket ='s no revenue for the city. It's not about safety it's about money. One day plates will be digital, but that won't happen for another 30+ yrs most likely.

  • Except when a cops sees u with no lisence plate then gives you a ticket.

  • SOLD

  • plates will be deemed useless in about 5 years when cars are outfitted with RFID chips.

  • First cop to spot those would defect your vehicle on the spot, ...+ fine you!

  • you should put a picture of a fake license plate on the screen

  • Wow robbery would be much worse with those

  • @tomgunc well i don't think camera cops are legal anymore, but supposedly you don't need to pay them in LA

  • @11joeblogs11 Think about it... Visibility at night would be great and you can actually read it. Digital plates would be able to be seen even during the day. Think of all the digital lights say in Atlantic City or Las Vegas on 24 hours a day. Digital looks cool and once it catches on it will be the "next in thing" to have. Kinda like an iPhone. One state will start it then another, then another until it becomes standard or the law. Plus I think with it being digital you can go up to 8 digits.

  • @tomgunc how would there be any real advantage in making plates digital?

  • @tomgunc Unless they can prove who is driving it is non binding in most states.
