@19Iguy continue... although they were free from the Lich King´s power, they were still undead, calling them selves Monsters, and seeking revenge to Arthas. Having every one calling them Undead, they kill everything that make them suffer and who oppose them. And as you see in the cinematic, its almost everything here, in my comment... Now Silvanas is the Banshee-Quinn. The make an allience with the Horde and now the story continues, for more info, go to wowwiki.com and search for Forsaken

More clearly: In the time when The Lich King - that armor in the throne form ice in Northrand* - was loosing his power, the undead that he controlled got loose of his powers (like a puppet coming alive from your hand). Silvanas, an elven archer-rogue that Arthas has turned in to a banshee-rogue-archer (banshee - a type of a tormented woman spirit, that can or not have flesh) took advantage of the Lich King´s loose, leaded the free-undead to make a normal life ...
