At least 17,833 people were on death row around the world at the end of 2010.
At least 67 countries imposed death sentences in 2010.

  • translation fail: i want to die myself to see him XD

  • @luigicamp69 Nah m8

all convicted to rape, paedophiles, murder (for no proper reason) should be made to starve to death

  • I am against the death penalty but not because I think it's inhuman or it goes against some religions (I am an atheist so I don't care), I am against it because it's too easy. If some dude is guilty of killing someone I want him to rot in jail, not take the easy way out with a needle.

  • @Mrpastry909 Pretty sure all it means is that they're sent away to prison for life.

  • The real criminals, the people that operate those cartels, say the REAL criminals, are never, ever going to die by death penalty, because they are the same people that are maintaining the government. Those are the real problem, the people that are creating more and more criminals. Don't go with this "pussy liberal shit" if you want, I don't completely go with this either, but if you are blaming this over the real problem, the people behind the curtain have done their job correctly,

  • @halflifeproductionz If the justice system is corrupt, how can you believe in death penalty for such a system? Also, are we actually talking about death penalty making a good on society, or just revenge hidden by a "justice" flag. I'm all for it, allow death penalty. I won't cry for violent people dieing, they probably were going to die in violence anyway. I will say this however, I don't believe death penalty will, if anything, help society.

  • @Mrpastry909 You'll find that it's probably more than 1% in reality who are Innocent. This is only one reason why i am against the death penalty, there are other reasons why i am against the death penalty, in that death & execution affects us all in a negative unhealthy way.

  • @66Shellz

According to the American Bar Association, a whopping 1% of those executed are innocent. When you talk about abolishing the death penalty, it would behoove yourself to wonder: what does this mean for the 99% who are guilty?

  • I am utterly amazed and appalled by the comments people make as regarding vengence rather than understanding everything encompassing executions, vengence is fleeting, whereas taking a life is permanent. People have been wrongly convicted of crimes and gone to be executed, later on they are proved innocent with new evidence & it's too late, you can't bring back the executed. It affects everyone involved, i can't believe people still agree with executions. Get an education please!!!

  • @romansangel Maybe you should do a little study into the death penalty, it affects the executioner, the executioners family and anyone who has to witness any execution. We are not meant to kill, we are meant to survive, that's how we are built. Murderers are not let go if they are dangerous to society, it depends on each individual case as to why a person has killed, the ones that kill through a ' domestic killing ' with therapy they can be rehabilitated. But say NO to the Death Penalty!
