The AFP agency reported that a blast was heard and white smoke seen billowing into the air at one of two power plants which the Japanese government had placed under a state of emergency. Several workers were reported to have been injured.

Prime minister Naoto Kan had warned that a radiation leak might occur at one of the reactors at the Daiichi facility at Fukushima, 150 miles north of Tokyo, after Friday's 8.9-magnitude quake.

The reports of an explosion followed aftershocks and came as a huge humanitarian operation got under way.

By Saturday morning at least 1,300 people were feared dead and international rescue teams began to arrive

The reactor's cooling system failed after the earthquake struck off the Pacific coast, triggering a 33ft tsunami. Pressure in the reactor was continuing to rise after repeated efforts to return power to the cooling systems failed. Radiation inside the plant soared to 1,000 times its normal level, officials said, triggering evacuation orders for residents.

I guess the whole world government will be alerted by this Japanese "nuclear

instance".Please do well prepare for the next earthquake attack or tsunami

attack, please do not compete nuclear weapon power with each other. Please using the other method to generate the electricity. We have enough troubles on the earth, haven't we?

(Part3)Please check nuclear plants in your country. This Fukushima Nuclear Plants was built strong against magnitude 8.5. The earthquake magnitude was 9.0. Moreover there were a lot of breakwaters which were 3~4 meter high in the area. Nevertheless the Tsunami got over it. You know the height of the tsunamis were 15~30 meter. Mankind can't win the violence of nature. Don't waste the Japanese experience of this earthquake.

(Part2)Should we have to consider about a meteorite fell when a nuclear built too? Do we have to worry about attacks from creatures which come from outer space when we build nuclear plants? If nuclear plants in your countries were built with these theories, please let me know. Please think about your country’s nuclear plants. They must be safe even though magnitude 9.0 earthquake occurred?

(Part1)Some critics in other countries are accusing Japan and saying the plants structure must have been weak. There are lots of absurd comments about nuclear plants incident on Youtube. The earthquake and Tsunami in Tohoku area in Japan was extremely strong, and it rarely occurred such as once in 1000 years. No one can predict such a big earthquake. How much strength of nuclear plants need?
