She was kind of crazy she sees demonds at night she used to go see the counselor. That's cause your parents taught your morals, and right from wrong. This girl has probably been neglected by shitty parents her whole life. So ultimately it is the parents fault. No supervision and no guidance.... That is why they will not try this girl as an adult, because she is not solely responsible for this crime.

Well in that case, what makes you think an adult would have been able to stop the killing and not get stabbed? This is just a psycho and again, even if this was avoided now, she would have probably killed someone later, as an adult. It has nothing to do with her being 14. At her age, I would take care of my nephews the whole day if needed, I d take them to the parc, prepare lunch, make them draw things. And under any circumstane would I ever have such idea as stabbing... at 14, you know that..

You think another 14 year old would have been able to stop the conflict before it resulted in a stabbing? Or are you just putting another victim in harms way. Let's say this girl is a complete killer, so what stops her from killing the 14 year old first and then the 4 year old. Children need supervision period. There is no case by case basis, or exceptions to the rule.
