@SilverWedge Now that look at the linkage, I wonder why they designed it like that. It couldve been a lot cleaner looking. Still like the bike tho, pretty damn fun to ride.

Harley definitely missed the mark on with the XR1200. The tank is ugly and sits on plastic black base. The tank and seat don't flow together at all. The shift linkage is not well engineered. Check out the Storz version. No comparison! Outstanding idea. Poor execution.
