@josephandtoby No, the one that had Go Back To Sleep was Lullaby, Pet was the original version of this song. This song is remix/part 2 of Pet.

I just realized...why does everyone call this song "Counting Bodies to the Rhythm of the War Drums"? I know it's called Pet but is it just me or was there another version of it under a different name?

Yeah, they're two separate songs. "Pet", which is a shorter song where they begin with repeating the "go back to sleep" part, was on a previous album, then came "Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums".
